Inthikaf Ahamed fell for Ceylon gems as a schoolboy in Sri Lanka. A decade in Japan taught him precision, patience and the art of looking after people properly. Now he's home, bringing both together — trusted sources on the island, and the care of a man who has waited his whole life to do this.
